The website accessible at www.elanographe.com is the institutional portal of L’Élanographe (the “Institutional Portal” or the “Website”). Warranty and Liability

User Liability

When using the Website and/or accessing the Services, the User agrees to:

  • Remain courteous and refrain from making disparaging remarks and/or engaging in objectionable behaviour that could in any way harm L’Élanographe, other Users or, more generally, any third party;
  • Refrain from attempting to disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of L’Élanographe’s system, or to decipher any transmission to or from the servers of the Website or the Services;

Governing Law and Disputes

French law governs these Terms. In the event of any complaint or dispute concerning the application, interpretation, or performance of these Terms, the parties undertake to seek an amicable settlement before commencing legal proceedings or resorting to mediation. If no amicable agreement is reached, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
